Envirofoam 500 Spray Foam
Envirofoam 500 is an .5lb light density open cell spray foam offering remarkable sprayability, cell structure and durability in all tempetures. With a 3.8 R-Value and ~17,000 board feet of coverage this foam is the foam of choice among contractors when cost is a major factor to the end user.
Envirofoam Hybrid 1200 Wall Foam
envirofoam 1200 provides greater R value performance than other equivalent R value insulation materials which are air permeable such as fiberglass. envirofoam 1200 does not lose R value due to wind, ageing, convection, air infiltration or moisture. envirofoam 1200 is water repellent, will not wick, and does not exhibit capillary properties. Water may be forced into the foam under pressure because of its open cell structure, and will self drain by gravity rather than travel horizontally or vertically as in closed celled foams. Once the foam has dried its thermal performance is at full performance. envirofoam 1200 is a Class I insulation and shall be separated from its inhabitants by a 15 minute approved thermal barrier. envirofoam 1200 shows less flame propagation than some Kraft faced fiberglass insulation and may be left exposed in attics and crawl spaces. envirofoam 1200 will not melt or drip. Envirofoam 1200 has an R-value of 5.5 per inch
Envirofoam 1600 Spray Foam
Envirofoam 1600 is a water blown 1.6 lb high density closed cell spray foam offering remarkable sprayability, cell structure, adhesion and durability in all tempetures. We consider Envirofoam 1600 as an long awaited welcome alternative to other 245fa based closed cell spray foams. Unlike other closed cell foams Envirofoam 1600 can be sprayed in very high temperatures with no boiling, drum bloating and spillover. Unlike other closed cel spray foams Envirofoam 1800 can be sprayed in very cold temperatures with minimal shrinakge, rifling, loss of yield. Envirofoam 1600 can be sprayed within the wall studs and achieve code R-Values without needing to be trimmed eliminating trimming, waste, and time on the job. Envirofoam 1600 offers an R-Value of 6 and ~5,500 board feet of coverage.
Envirofoam Tru-2
Envirofoam Tru-2 is a 2.0 lb 245fa based high density closed cell spray foam offering remarkable spray ability, cell structure, adhesion and durability in all temperatures. Envirofoam Tru-2 also comes in an "Artic" version which can be sprayed in very cold temperatures (10~25F) with minimal shrinkage, rifling, loss of yield. envirofoam Tru-2 provides greater R value performance than other equivalent R value insulation materials which are air permeable such as fiberglass. envirofoam Tru-2 does not lose R value due to wind, ageing, convection, air infiltration or moisture. Tru-2 has an R-value of 6.9 per inch. envirofoam Tru-2 fills any shape cavity including all voids, cracks, and crevices adhering to multiple substrates such as wood, metal, and concrete creating a system with very little air permeance. With envirofoam Tru-2 no additional interior or exterior air infiltration protection is required. envirofoam Tru-2 qualifies as a vapor retarder as defined by the ICC at a minimum thickness of 1 inch. envirofoam Tru-2 is water repellent, will not wick, and does not exhibit capillary properties. Water cannot be forced into the foam under pressure because of its high degree of closed cell content. envirofoam Tru-2 will not melt or drip. envirofoam Tru-2 must be installed in accordance with all applicable building codes. envirofoam Tru-2 is not a source of food for mold, insects or rodents. It has no nutritional value. envirofoam Tru-2 reduces the introduction of moisture, food, and mold spores into the building envelope significantly more than traditional insulation such as fiberglass, cellulose and other non-sealants which do not provide an air barrier. Envirofoam Tru-2 has an R-value of 6.9 per inch. |
